Beyond the bar, Arthur has shaped the industry through education—teaching fine dining service, bartending, wine pairing, and upselling strategies. Their expertise isn’t just about making drinks; it’s about creating moments, curating atmospheres, and elevating hospitality to an art form.

When not orchestrating Sonderbar’s retro-futuristic energy, they channel their creativity into painting landscapes, music production, DJing, capturing photography, writing books, and managing Sonderbar’s social media. Most importantly, they spend time with their four-legged sidekick, Stewie—because every great bartender needs a loyal companion.

With 14 years in the service industry and nine behind the bar, Josh is a seasoned pro when it comes to crafting the perfect cocktail.
